These terms cover this website and the private publishing tool that uploads The Grimm Court's episodes to our own social accounts.
The tool is operated by the channel owner, for this channel only. It is not a product, not offered to the public, and has no other users.
The tool connects to the channel owner's own TikTok account and places
finished episodes into that account's drafts. It requests only
video.upload and user.info.basic. It cannot publish
on its own — a person reviews each draft in the TikTok app and publishes it by
hand. The tool reads no other account's content and performs no action on
behalf of anyone else.
Use of the tool is subject to TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Developer Terms, and to the equivalent rules of any other platform it posts to. Where these terms and a platform's rules differ, the platform's rules govern.
The episodes, characters, scripts and artwork of The Grimm Court belong to their creator. The underlying fairytales are in the public domain; the treatment of them here is not. Please do not re-upload episodes as your own. Short excerpts for commentary, criticism, news reporting or teaching are welcome with attribution.
Episodes are animated with generative models and voiced with synthetic speech. No real person's likeness or voice is depicted or imitated. Episodes are published with the platform's AI-generated content disclosure switched on. Animation generated with MiniMax H3.
This site and the tool are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Either may change, break or stop working at any time, and access to any platform may be withdrawn by that platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or the tool. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If these terms change, the new version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
